If Ronald McDonald Knitted...
...he would knit socks like this.
I have no one to blame but myself. I dyed this yarn. I practiced Entrelac with it. And now I've made clown socks. Worsted weight clown socks.
"Happy birthday little clown. Here are some handmade socks."
"I hate you clown grandma!"
In my defense, I thought the stripes were going to be much wider, like 4-5 rows instead of 1-2. I'm not really sure if that would have helped. Mmm, ketchup and mustard!
But they knit up so quickly, and so soft.

and with a couple of giant holes.
But we were driving to Memphis, and pulling out a few rows and fixing it seemed like too much to do in the car.
What we have here, I think is failure on multiple levels. But I'm going to make the other one. It's my back up honeymoon project, if I get sick of re-knitting 12 inches of chevron lace.
See ya'll in a few weeks!
